Some of the most powerful men in the world are advocating for a (supposedly) new era of corporate masculinity, and the trickle-down effect is huge.

Since Covid, we’ve become used to seeing some of our favourite female-run businesses close down, unable to raise funding or get the support they need. First, The Wing shut down in 2022. Then, Chief closed its doors in March 2024, and almost a year later, our friends at AllBright are saying goodbye, heading into administration after being bailed out two years ago—wiping out £7m in debt. But is it really a surprise? And where does that leave The Stack World?
