Happy Sunday!

I'm basically done in. Drained. Ready to sleep. I won't of course, because this is the time of year when I bed down, schedule my entire year and do my Vision Setting. But it's deep work, so I'm happy.

There's something about the vibe of 2026 that has gotten me super optimistic and excited. After five years of non-stop business trauma, I feel confident I'm gonna catch a break. Apparently, Gemini's will be flying this 2026 Year of the Horse, so I want to ride the wave with clarity.

So I'm doing a Vision Setting Workshop Series for the whole of January. I'm really REALLY excited for this. I'm back on my A-Game.

If you're an existing Member of The Stack World, these sessions (and 48 more!) are included in your Premium Membership. If you're not a member, join now for £50/annually before I put the price up to £150/year in Jan.

Today’s newsletter sits on a theme I keep returning to: work and rest. I feel ready to be a beast again — but the real question is this: can I increase momentum without sacrificing the quality of my work?

Something I've been discussing with my friends this week is the fact that business is all about momentum. You need to maintain this constant acceleration and forward motion to strike while the irons hot and get the press and retailer attention.

So what do I consider business momentum and how did it get me my Selfridges deal?
