London Diary - My take on Beauty Awards, Best Tailored Trousers, Newman Spa, Ilia Lip Liner, Photo Workshops, NPD Meetings... and more.
I don’t know why this September felt more like a jolt. Maybe it was the fact that the weather completely turned on September 2, or that there was a flurry of invitations to nonstop beauty launches. Both of these just meant that I did not remotely feel eased into the start of the working year post my summer holiday.

Okay, now for the good stuff: where I went, what I ate, what I wore, who did my hair, what I bought and what was actually worth it.
For paid subscribers, I’m sharing everything I ate, wore, bought, tried, and discovered during a week in London.
The brilliant new salon I found, the trainer who is going to make me muscly, what I’m buying for my autumn/winter wardrobe, the beauty products that actually made it out of the gift bags and into my bathroom, where I ate and what I ordered, exhibitions I loved, new places I discovered, plus the people, products and ideas going straight into my little black book.
And because I can never just go anywhere without analysing the business, there are also my notes from Vogue beauty launches, awards ceremonies and watching how some of the biggest and fastest-growing brands are launching, gifting and building community.
Basically, my London little black book - and everything I saw, ate, wore, learned and loved this week.
Come with me.
