I had a little blip where my travels exhauzted my body and then I burnt my face by using to much retinol while on planes and trains and general AC recycled air but luckily I fixed it, repairing my skin in 4 days. It feels good to be a grown up and know exactly what I need to be at my optimum. All repair products and other beauty updates after the paywall.

Feeling - Super productive! Such basic things required for energy: nutrients, a good nights sleep and exercise. I’ve not been gym for four months so now I’m back on my exercise regime and just 3 sessions later see the results.
