Day 5 - A launch is an ongoing process. How do I define it?

Day 5 - A launch is an ongoing process. How do I define it?

As to be expected today was a low to medium productivity. Fridays are always tough for me because I usually start so hyped on Monday and by Friday I can barely string a sentence together. Just like my human design said, I ebb and flow and by Friday I’m positively receding.

When I was building Beautystack, I would always take Friday evenings for the spa. With no spa in Wolverhampton, I watched a movie with my family and had my usual bath.

Today I also had coaching calls with a few of my clients then it was Roman’s sports day.

In in today’s work, I wanna talk about two things

  • How do you define a launch?
  • How do I manage to achieve so much in a day?

Today’s Brand Work:

7am

  • Up and slow morning.

8am

  • At desk, continue filling out the Onboarding Form for everything you need to do before beginning email campaigns.

10am

  • Freak out that I have approved the wrong scent and call Rhi. Discussion on the scent for Cleopatra.

11am

  • First coaching client

12pm

  • Write up competitor analysis for email agency.

1.30pm

  • Lunch of lentils and two fried eggs

2pm

  • Drive to Romans sports day!
  • Do coaching call.

4-8pm

  • Family Time, movie, pizza etc.

8-10pm

  • Write a complete Objection List that will form the basis of my email funnels.

10pm

  • bath and get of my phone and read a book.

Okay so let’s start with topic 1 - How do you define a launch?

Most people spend 99% creating all this incredible work and 1% actually telling people about it. My team members at Beautystack would always do this. Theyd make an incredible video and posted it to YouTube and hope for the best. Or they would spend ages doing a photo shoot and then one email about it. To me this is not a launch.

BTW a reminder of all the things I’ve launched:

20 years, 20 Launches...

The way I think about a launch is this:
