How I Protect My Life Force
Life force is not something we possess once and for all; it is something we cultivate through a thousand small decisions every day.

I've just come back from a very long walk in the forest. It took me a while to gather the motivation to do a walk - something I used to do on a daily basis - which to me is a signal that my constant work and travel is diminishing my vitality. My skin is a bit more grey. My digestion is not as regular. I'm stagnant.
My vitality and radiant energy is something I value highly and I see as a life advantage. So todays newsletter, which is a reminder to myself really, is on how to cultivate and protect it.
The older I get, the less interested I become in productivity and the more interested I become in vitality.
In my twenties, I measured my life through output. How much money I was making. How quickly I was progressing. How many things I could fit into a day. Like many ambitious women, I believed energy was something you did (the Greek version of the word) rather than something that moved within you. If I was tired I could always push harder.
Age has complicated that view.
